How vacuum insulation affect heat retention for your vacuum insulated container?
How we can design and manufacture a good vacuum insulated container which has great vacuum insulation to achieve good heat retention for keeping hot/cold long time enough?
Before discuss manufacturing techique, we would like to have review for your design of vacuum vessel/jar as follow;
- the open mouth which escape heat inside the vacuum container, try to minimize open mouth to provent heat escape from the mouth as low as you can.
- the welding station on the open mouth of your vacuum insulated container which means the more non-insulated area you have on the vacuum vessels, the more heat would escape from the non-insulated area, because metal is very easy to transfer heat energy, we got to try to minimize the non-insulated area, of course, it’s also depends on the manufacturing techique to achieve this needs.
- the leaking-seal station, try to minimize the space where heat escape for your vacuum insulated bottles.
Anyway, whatever we trying to do is minimize the heat transfer/escape from the vacuum insulated bottle/container on design aspects to achieve great heat retention.
