How we can design and manufacture a good vacuum insulated container which has great vacuum insulation to achieve good heat retention for keeping hot/cold long time enough?

Before discuss manufacturing techique, we would like to have review for your design of vacuum vessel/jar as follow;

  1. the open mouth which escape heat inside the vacuum container, try to minimize open mouth to provent heat escape from the mouth as low as you can.
  2. the welding station on the open mouth of your vacuum insulated container which means the more non-insulated area you have on the vacuum vessels, the more heat would escape from the non-insulated area, because metal is very easy to transfer heat energy, we got to try to minimize the non-insulated area, of course, it’s also depends on the manufacturing techique to achieve this needs.
  3. the leaking-seal station, try to minimize the space where heat escape for your vacuum insulated bottles.

Anyway, whatever we trying to do is minimize the heat transfer/escape from the vacuum insulated bottle/container on design aspects to achieve great heat retention.
